Have you just heard about Kartra and are wondering what exactly Kartra is? If so, then it’s worth reading this guide.
A few times ago, I heard about this new tool, Kartra, and I was excited to learn what exactly it could do and how much it cost.
So, I spent quality time researching Kartra and understanding its key features and pricing. And, in this guide, I will quickly cover what Kartra is, its uses, features, and pricing.
Let’s get into it!
What is Kartra?
Kartra is an all-in-one platform for businesses to easily create, market, and grow their online business.

What is an All-in-one Platform? To run a business online, we need tools for creating, marketing, managing, and scaling the business. Such as,
- A Page Builder to build landing pages for marketing.
- An Email Marketing tool to capture, nurture, and convert email leads.
- LMS software to build digital products such as courses.
- A Scheduling platform to book appointments.
- Checkout & Payment platform to sell digital products/services and receive payments worldwide.
- And many more,
But with Kartra, you don’t need to get a separate tool for each feature, because Kartra is an all-in-one platform and comes with all the features under one roof.
That means Kartra or any other all-in-one platform can help you save both money and time.
- Saves Money: If you buy a different tool for each feature, then the overall tech stack can cost you higher. But all-in-one platforms like Kartra make it very affordable to get many features at an affordable price range.
- Saves Time: Secondly, you don’t need to jump back and forth between different platforms, as all the features are just available under one platform, and you can easily manage things from a single platform.
Additionally, with Kartra, you don’t need to worry about Integrations. For example, if you’re using a different platform for creating courses, then another platform for selling them, and another CRM software to nurture your course leads, then you need to set up integrations between different tools so that they can communicate with each other automatically and pass the required information.
But if you’re using an all-in-one Platform like Kartra, you don’t need to worry about integrations. Because everything is in a single platform and communicates with each other, you don’t need to put extra effort into setting up integrations.
What is Kartra Used for and Its Key Features?
As Kartra is an all-in-one platform, it comes with a lot of features that you can use to create, market, and scale your online business. So, let’s discuss how you can use Kartra and its key features.
- Landing Page Builder: Kartra comes with a drag-and-drop landing page builder, using which you can easily build and design landing pages for your brand. And the good thing is that no coding skills are required. Plus, there are pre-made templates, which you can customize as per your needs.

So, within Kartra, you can build and manage a customer support system for your business, such as: Billing support system, ticketing support system, live chat, and embed ready-made responses.
How Much Does Kartra Cost?
Kartra uses a subscription-based pricing model, which means you need to pay on a monthly/yearly basis to use Kartra.
As of now, Kartra offers 4 different plans, and each plan comes with no transaction fee and unlimited access to Email and SMS. The difference between these plans is in no. of contacts, domains and the features it comes with as you can see in the screenshot.

- Starter Plan: $99 for the first 3 months and then $119/month when billed annually.
- Growth Plan: $189/month billed annually
- Professional Plan: $429/month billed annually.
- Enterprise plan: $999/month when billed annually.
Apart from the yearly pricing, Kartra also offers a monthly pricing for each plan, but if you choose to pay monthly, then these plans will cost you more. For example, a Growth plan costs $229/month if you choose to pay monthly instead of annually.
Does Kartra Offer a Free Trial?
Officially, if you check their plans and pricing page, they don’t mention anything about their free trial.
But previously, they used to have a 30-day free trial access on their pricing page. So, when I researched a little bit more about it, I found a direct page through which you can get a 30-day free trial.
So, with the 30-day free trial, you will have enough time to test Kartra features on your own to make a perfect decision for your business.
If you like it, you can continue paying as per the subscription.
But if you don’t, you can cancel the subscription before the expiry of your free trial. Otherwise, you will be charged as per the plan once the free trial ends.
Final Thoughts
Kartra is an all-in-one platform that comes with most of the features to build, manage, market, and grow their business in the online world.
Keep in mind that all-in-one platforms do have all the features under one roof, but their features might not be that detailed if you compare them with an individual tool.
But they can easily do the job and save a lot of time and money, which you need to spend on individual tools.
The good thing is, Kartra also offers a 30-day free trial to test all the features before actually paying for it, which is great. And, In case you are not satisfied even after paying, you can request money back within 30-days.
And I’m also planning to sign up for their free trial to further test the Kartra features, to know exactly how it works, the pros, and the cons. Once I finish testing, I will post a detailed, in-depth review of Kartra.
